Rob Jones
Aerobic instructor / Personal Trainer
Rob is a highly self motivated individual who takes great pride in helping others achieve and maintain their fitness goals and overall health and wellness. He received his Personal Trainer Certification and Primary Group Exercise Certification through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). His hobbies include hunting, hiking, golfing, and snowboarding. Rob has been a member at Stroops for over three years and has been part of the aerobic fitness / personal trainer team since the Fall of 2006.

Personal Trainer
Liz has been training and teaching in the fitness industry since 1999. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, and Glendale Community College. She also has a degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University. |

Nancy has always been captivated with health and fitness. She is inspired by the transformation of people who have decided to take the necessary steps to change. She has a passion to share her knowledge to help empower people and help them stay on their healthy path. She received her Sports Nutrition Certification and Personal Trainer Certification through Expert Rating Certified Professionals. |
