Opened in 2004 we offer excellent care for children while parents enjoy a world-class workout in our Fitness Club.  Children are cared for by our highly trained staff.

The day care facility occupies a bright new space next to our gym and has a separate exercise area dedicated for the children’s use.  Activities include sensory play, reading, arts and crafts, exercise play, and more.  We cater to the child’s needs and make sure they are well taken care of in the best of environments.  The day care is set up in such a way that it will enhance all areas of development (social, emotional, intellectual, and physical).
